Ver la Versión Completa : [ TUTORIAL ] Obtener CID de la tajeta SD mediante GNU/Linux (Ubuntu)

Buenas, supongo que muchos de vosotros os habréis debanado los sesos intentando obtener el CID de vuestra tarjeta SD mediante otros métodos. Grácias a Maverix, Chusen, Satyr y muchas, pero que muchas horas de San Google he dado con la solución para obtenerlo. A pesar de haber posteado la solución en otro post creo necesario publicarlo a parte para que sea más fácil de encontrar esta información, si no lo creeis necesario pido disculpas de corazón por ensuciar.

Os pongo primero en antecedentes: Dejé mi tattoo bloqueada en la pantalla inicial y no arrancaba, se podía pasar dos horitas mostrando Tattoo sin avanzar. El cómo la dejé mirando a cuenca es secundario, lo importante es cómo la he resucitado.

A pesar de tener acceso por FastBoot el adb me lanzaba el mensaje de siempre: "device not found". La solución, una vez más GNU/Linux, concretamente Ubuntu, en mi caso la 10.04. Os lo podeis bajar de la web oficial y, una vez grabada la imagen en un CD no es necesario instalarla siquiera, encenceis el ordenador con el CD puesto, arrancais desde ahí e iniciais el Live CD. Tendreis un Ubuntu funcional en minutos sin alterar la configuración de vuestro ordenador.

El siguiente paso es meter la tarjeta SD y aquí os pueden pasar dos cosas:
1. Os monta la tarjeta y os abre la ventana con el contenido, pero en el escritorio ha aparecido un logotipo de USB. En este caso "cagada pastoret", no se puede (que yo sepa) obtener el CID y es necesario utilizar un ordenador que no monte las SD a traves de un puerto USB.
2. Os monta la tarjeta y abre la ventana del contenido y en el escritorio aparece el logotipo de una tarjeta SD, ¡BINGO! Ahora podemos obtener la CID.

Abrid una consola, (logotipo de ubuntu en la esquina superior izquierda, accesorios, terminal) y escribid el siguiente comando:

hal-device | grep mmc.cid

¡Voila! mágicamente os aparece el CID de vuestra tarjeta. Ahora solo debéis seguir los pasos para crear vuestra Goldcard. Comprobado y garantizado por mí, restauré el firmware oficial de Vodafone y vuelvo a tener mi Tattoo conmigo.

Una vez más gracias a Maverix, Chusen y Satyr sin los cuales no lo hubiera conseguido.

Por cierto, es curioso pero el CID que me da el ADB no es igual al que me ha dado Ubuntu. Sin embargo no he tenido problemas y he podido resucitar mi Tattoo.

Edit: Soy un poco lerdo, normal que no me de el mismo CID, la tarjeta que puse en Ubuntu y que ahora es mi Goldcard no es la misma que había puesta cuando pasé el ADB... normal que los CIDs no coincidan siento tarjetas diferentes XD

hola, he probado a hacer lo que comentas, instalando linux, pero aun asi no consigo que me salga el cid, no se si sera por que escribo algo mal en la consola, porque me sale el dibujo de la tarjeta sd, en vez del usb.

puede ser que la tarjeta que uso no me permita conseguir el cid? se dice que no todas pueden convertirse en gold card, yo uso la que venia se serie con el movil. Sabeis por qué puede ser? muchas gracias

Buenas, yo hice pruebas con un Live CD de Ubuntu 10.04, si te sale el símbolo de la SD y en cambio no te dice el CID es posible que te hayas saltado algún paso. Sería de gran ayuda que dijeras que pasos sigues (siendo lo más detallista posible) a fin de darte una ayuda más personalizada. Suerte!

Si vas a utilizar un conversor de SD a USB no te va a funcionar, tienes que insertar la SD directamente (o una microSD mediante adaptador a SD). El tema es que la entrada sea por SD directa, por eso en algunos equipos (como mi netbook) no funciona, porque el conector SD acaba en un puerto USB.

Hola gracias por la info, pero a mi no me funciona :(
me detecta y me pone un logotipo de la SD en el escritorio, pero escribo en la consola
hal-device | grep mmc.cid
y no me hace absolutamente nada, ¿alguna sugerecia?
Estoy usando Ubuntu 10.10

Perdona por responder tan tarde, me he estado mirando lo que has pegado y no veo el CID por ningún lado, de hecho veo cosas que me dan a enteder que está montando la SD a través de un puerto USB interno, parece ser que es una fea costumbre que tienen los fabricantes de placas base últimamente.

Prueba con otra máquina, en especial con portátiles. Si te sirve de algo yo lo conseguí con un Fujitsu Siemens, concretamente un Amilo Pa 1510.

la tarjeta me la reconoce todo bien con el simbolo negro y rojo de sd en el escritorio, no es a traves de usb
